Importance of a Good Water Supply

1. Water can help us with our daily dishes.
Clean dishes and utensils are important to family health. Bacteria grow on dishes and utensils that have not been thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, and dried. Dirty dishes, utensils, and food scraps left sitting in the kitchen can attract cockroaches, mice, or other pests.

2. It is important to our daily bathing.
Showering cleans the skin and removes dead skin cells to help clear the pores and allow the skin cells to function. It washes away bacteria and other irritants that could cause rashes and other skin problems.

3. To wash our clothes regularly.
Regular washing of clothes and bedding, helps to remove any bacteria, dirt, fleas, mites and other irritants or infection. Washing of clothes and bedding can help reduce the incidence of infectious diseases, such as diarrhoeal disease, respiratory infections, scabies and other skin infections.

4. To take better care of our plants.
We should take care of plants because plants help us in many ways, like:
a. Plants provide us food and clean the air.
b. Plants give us wood, medicines, cotton and many other things.
c. Plants maintain carbon-di-oxide - oxygen balance in air.

5. To take better care of our fur babies.
There are many health benefits of owning a pet. They can increase opportunities to exercise, get outside, and socialize. Regular walking or playing with pets can decrease blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and triglyceride levels. Pets can help manage loneliness and depression by giving us companionship.
